As we are currently in uncertain times so we will give you flexibility to make changes to your booking dates to 13 weeks before departure. You can choose to move to a different date for the same property to any future dates within the next 3 years at the advertised website price. There are no fees, you just pay the difference in the advertised website price.

If you want to make changes within 13 weeks of departure, we will do our utmost to assist, but it relies on the goodwill of our property owners, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change. For this reason, we recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance that will cover your costs in the event of travel restrictions.

If within 14 days of your booking start date the government in your home country and/or Cyprus impose quarantine restrictions either on arrival in Cyprus or on return from Cyprus to your home country you can change your dates for the same property to any future dates within the next 3 years at the advertised website price. If there is a travel ban on all flights from your home country to Cyprus you can change your dates and select any property from our website for any future dates within the next 3 years at the advertised website price.

Please note that we will have no liability for any refunds, compensation, costs, expenses or other losses of any kind incurred by you, or anyone in your booking party (including, where applicable, the cost of medical treatment), in the following circumstances:

(a) If before you travel or whilst you are on your holiday you cancel or do not fulfil your booking because you, or anyone in your booking party, test positive for Covid-19 and have to self-isolate or quarantine for a period of time, or are notified or otherwise become aware that they have come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 and have to self-isolate or quarantine for a period of time. 

(b) If you, or anyone in your booking party, fail any tests, have tests that are not accepted by your airline, or fail to submit for testing when requested to do so, or do not have the required vaccinations, and as such are denied entry to board the flight to or from Cyprus.  

(c) If you, or anyone in your booking party, fail to complete a Cyprus Flight Pass, or any other documentation required by your home country, or if this is completed incorrectly and you are denied entry to board the flight or entry to or from Cyprus.

(d) If you cancel or do not fulfil the booking due to you, or anyone in your booking party, having a COVID-19 related illness. You must ensure that you have travel insurance which covers you for this.
