It is a condition of booking that travel insurance for COVID-19 is taken out. Many travel insurance companies offer Trip Cancellation that provides reimbursement for your non-refundable accommodation payments if you cancel your booking or if it is interrupted due to the virus.

Please note that the conditions below only apply if all members of your booking party are fully vaccinated. If this is not the case our normal booking terms apply. 

If within 30 days of your booking start date your country of departure/origin changes their classification category for Cyprus which results in quarantine or self isolation for the period immediately following your booking end date or Cyprus changes their classification category for your country of departure/origin which will results in quarantine or self isolation immediately following your booking start date then you can change your dates to any available dates within the next 3 years at the advertised website price. If your country of departure/origin or Cyprus makes no category changes or improves the category status between your date of booking and date of travel, or they impose a period of self isolation pending PCR test results, then no changes will be permitted to your booking other than those covered by our booking conditions.

Please note that we will have no liability for any refunds, compensation, costs, expenses or other losses of any kind incurred by you, or anyone in your booking party (including, where applicable, the cost of medical treatment), in the following circumstances:

(a) If before you travel or whilst you are on your holiday you cancel or do not fulfil your booking because you, or anyone in your booking party, test positive for Covid-19, have to self-isolate or quarantine for a period of time, or are notified or otherwise become aware that they have come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 and have to self-isolate or quarantine for a period of time. 

(b) If you, or anyone in your booking party, fail any tests, have tests that are not accepted by your airline, or fail to submit for testing when requested to do so, or do not have the required vaccinations, and as such are denied entry to board the flight to or from Cyprus.  

(c) If you, or anyone in your booking party, fail to complete a Cyprus Flight Pass, or any other documentation required by your home country, or if this is completed incorrectly and you are denied entry to board the flight or entry to or from Cyprus.

(d) If you cancel or do not fulfil the booking due to you, or anyone in your booking party, having a COVID-19 related illness.
