MINIMUM CHARGE 4 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, dining table and four chairs.

Terrace - Large pool-facing private terrace with table and four chairs. The apartment has four private sunloungers.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Double, air-conditioned, fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - Twin, air-conditioned, fitted wardrobes, ensuite with walk-in shower, patio doors leading onto the terrace.

Bathroom - The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels and beach towels are provided

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has four private sunloungers.

September 2023 - Another great stay at Limnaria Gardens. Second time in this apartment. The gardens and grounds are still looked after and looking great. The pool is lovely and clean and lit at night. All as expected and pleasant. I Would recommend Cyprus Lettings and the apartment to anyone and would most definitely return. The local area appears to be having money spent with new hotels and apartments being built since our last visit, this is bringing the appearance up. Tea for Two was good for some home comforts with very big portions and reasonable prices. Still dislike the hard sell from some restaurants but that's the culture. If able to drive we visit Latchi/Polis and hire our own self-drive boat for the morning. Fairly cheap when split between the group and amazing times spent on your own in the beautiful coves. Paphos Waterpark was a good day out. We had a fantastic time all in all and will be staying again in the future. The Cyprus Lettings website and booking process are very easy to use and communication has always been fantastic.
May 2023 - The listing description was accurate and I would recommend. We had no need to contact the Property Manager.
August 2022 - Clean, tidy and was as expected. The photo's were accurate and the Property Manager courteous. I would recommend local bar's and restaurants within in easy walking distance. Special recommendations For the Atrion Restaurant which is secluded, romantic and only short walk.
July 2017 - We had a lovely stay at Limnaria Gardens. The property was a good size, air conditioned and close to the pools. It was in a good location just 25-30 mins from airport , 5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins to harbour and restaurants etc It was good that each apartment had its own sun loungers so no having to get up early to fight for one! Generally the complex was quite quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again.
April 2017 - Lovely apartment and very clean. Every facility you need is in the apartment and is a very quiet and peaceful location. Eating out I would recommend Tea for Two - lovely staff and food excellent
