Positioned in the corner of the complex by the shallow end of the pool the terrace gets plenty of sunshine and there are four private sunloungers. The apartment also has a back terrace that is fenced off for privacy and furnished with a table and chairs.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consists of 60 units with a lagoon-shaped swimming pool and baby pool with showers surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided. There is a local taverna that serves good food and a mini-market less than 5 minutes' walk away. The main bar and restaurant area is just over 10 minutes' walk and the beach and seafront 15 minutes' walk. Limnaria Gardens & Villas are less than 10 minutes' walk away. The property is very near to a regular bus service to the harbour area.

Reviews

June 2016 - Apartment had best location on development, with quality furnishings and the most comfortable bed that I have had in a private apartment. All the restaurants were excellent with a special mention for The Windmill and Happy Island.
