Description

MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Two people. For an additional child a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, dining table for four, ceiling fan, thermostatically controlled radiator for the winter.

Balcony - The large part-covered balcony is not overlooked and has mountain views. Luxury teak table and chairs. The balcony is sheltered from the sun at breakfast time, and is bathed in sun in the afternoon.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom - Air-conditioned, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, thermostatically controlled radiator for the winter.

Bathroom - The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Plenty of parking bays around the complex.

TV System - UK free-to-view channels including BBC and ITV, full Sky package, 30+ extra sports channels showing many sports including almost every premiership game and 7-day catch up. There are also hundreds of current DVD-quality movies available.Click Here to download TV instructions

Additional Features - Safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has 2 private sunloungers.

November 2019 - Good location, near restaurants and the sea. Pictures of the property were accurate and the property was clean and comfortable. Good to have TV package and easy to view. We had a few problems and the Property Manager came out to sort them out. One was easily fixed and the other was more difficult so we agreed it would be fixed after we left.
September 2019 - Once again we have had a great time at this property. We have stayed here many times and it meets our requirements exactly. On this occasion we had some trouble with a faulty fridge/freezer and the Property Manager sorted out a replacement very quickly. We have been staying at Limnaria Gardens every year since they opened in 2007 and highly recommend the properties and the Cyprus Lettings Group.
June 2019 - We had a fantastic eight days in your apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, in a great location with an excellent pool area. We would highly recommend it.
December 2018 - Lovely time spent in Limnaria Gardens. We stayed there from December to February. The apartment was clean and compact and a great benefit being so close to the beach and harbour. All in all a great stay and I would recommend it

September 2018 - Stayed here for 3 weeks. This was our 11th visit to Limnaria Gardens and we found this property exactly met our needs. As we have stayed so many times we know what to expect and what is available. The description give a very accurate picture of the property. It does not overlook the pool but that does not worry us. It is quiet, very well placed and very well equipped with all the facilities one needs. The property was cleaned to a satisfactory standard - it is a rental property after all. The kitchen equipment is well used but very serviceable, the living area again well used but perfectly good, the bedroom comfortable and the balcony clean and tidy. The levels of equipment are high with air conditioning in both the living area and bedroom, heating to both areas is installed but we did not use it. A fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine - all with instructions in English- as well as all the normal pieces of kitchenalia. A safe is provided and there are sufficient cleaning materials to keep the property tidy. We had no major problems whilst we were at the property and the few minor problems that occurred were rectified immediately. The property management was excellent throughout. Overall, this was the ideal property for the two of us, so much so that we have already booked it for next year. I highly recommend this property and Cyprus Holiday Lettings

March 2018 - This was a wonderful apartment which was very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday, beautiful swimming pools and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants,Harbour and beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Paphos.
September 2017 - We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment . When we called the property the manager for various issues they were all dealt with very promptly. Photos were accurate as far as we could tell. We loved the position of the complex as it is very central for lots of walking and restaurants .
