Balcony - The large balcony, equipped with table and four chairs, is part-covered and has mountain views. The balcony is sheltered from the sun at breakfast time, and is bathed in sun in the afternoon.

Bedroom - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing.The apartment has 2 private sunloungers.

October 2018 - Nice, clean and well equipped apartment. There are pools for all ages. Only 3 - 4 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. We strongly recommend the beach promenade and it is perfect for a romantic walk in the afternoon. We love Paphos and Limnaria Gardens.
July 2018 - The apartment was very well equipped with what we required to allow us to enjoy our stay. Clean and tidy. Location was good and in walking distance to all amenities, beaches, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Marina was lovely, beach beds comfy reasonably priced with safe. Many restaurants to choose from and really good and reasonable in price.

October 2017 - It was our 4th visit in this apartment. We love it, and will be back next year. The owner has installed WiFi in the apartment and it is very important for us. When we arrived late Saturday evening we feel very welcome. A lamp was turned on, towels was arranged on the bed. But best of all the apartment was very clean. All over. Thanks to the housekeeper. Limnaria Garden is close to all our needs. Bars, restaurants, shopping and beach is only a few minutes walk away. Perfect.
October 2017 - This was our first trip to Cyprus. We really enjoyed staying at Limnaria Gardens. We were very impressed with apartment and the facilities include the pool area. The location was ideal from the harbour. Our apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was fantastic to have access to a washing machine too! We had a great welcome and service at the Evis Bar. We made friends with the bar staff and regularly visited this friendly venue throughout our holiday. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at Michael's Tavern. Both of these establishments are located very close to Limnaria Gardens. We will certainly consider re-booking to stay at Limnaria Gardens. Cyprus Lettings have provided a great service too, which started from the beginning of booking our holiday. Thank you for everything.
April 2016 - We have just returned to Norway after two week in this apartment. It was our third visit here. The apartment is very practical and well equipped. We had our breakfast on the balcony every morning, watching people on their way to work. The apartment is located a short walk from all your needs - Shops, restaurants, bars and a lovely beach. We love all about Cyprus. The people, the climatic conditions (always sun), and all the historic sites. And for sure, we will soon return to Paphos. We will strongly recommend two restaurants in Paphos. First of all: Les Amis. 5 minutes walk from the apartment. And the sunday lunch at Gustoso. (located on the Tomb of the Kins Road) It's a very popular restaurant with a fantastic lunch buffet. You have to book in advance.
April 2015 - We stayed at this property in April 2015 and we had such a lovely time. The apartment was spacious clean and had everything you need for a rented property. The pool area was lovely and well kept but unfortunately we didn't spend time by the pool as we were out everyday site seeing. We would definitely use Cyprus Lettings again as we had no problems with our booking with them and they give you plenty of contact numbers should you have a problem. We would recommend this company and property to friends and relatives if they were thinking of renting a property in Paphos. We also recommend the boat tours and Coral Bay for the beach. For food we found these places very good - Bacchus Alhea, Pingueno,Tea for two, New Indian place and Phivos where you get a lovely three course meal for ten euro - brilliant.
