Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment also offers occupancy for a maximum of 2 guests on a 1-bedroom basis for reduced rates between October and June.

Complex - Consisting of 100 units the complex is a 5-minute walk to the nearest tavern and mini-market. The main bar and restaurant area is a 10-minute walk and the beach is a 15-minute walk. Paradise Gardens is an award-winning resort and one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and a large overflow swimming pool plus a children's pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing and sun loungers. The apartment has 2 private sunloungers.
