MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment also offers occupancy for a maximum of 2 guests on a 1-bedroom basis for reduced rates between October and June.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for five, dining table and six chairs.

Terrace - Large private, pool-facing, table and four chairs and two private sunloungers.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 100 units the complex is a 5-minute walk to the nearest tavern and mini-market. The main bar and restaurant area is a 10-minute walk and the beach is a 15-minute walk. Paradise Gardens is an award-winning resort and one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and large overflow swimming pool plus a children's pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing and sun loungers. The apartment has 2 private sunloungers.

September 2023 - Exactly as pictures and description, good facilities, didn't need the Property Manager, yes definitely recommend this property, fifteen minutes walk to beach and nightlife, also large supermarket, lovely Chinese restaurant and everything else. The website is very easy to use with clear instructions
June 2023 - Absolutely fantastic as usual, our 4th stay at Paradise Gardens 2 and the 3rd in this apartment. The Property Manager was very helpful and is an asset to the Company. We have always recommended this property to others. We did our usual visit to the Pelican restaurant and Fat Mama's as well as others. This time we went on safari in a buggy and a boat trip to the blue lagoon, both were wonderful.
May 2023 - We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well equipped with comfortable beds and furniture, and the listing descriptions and photographs are accurate. The property manager was very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and hope to visit again. The booking process and support from The Cyprus Letting Group were very good.
October 2022 - Very clean apartment, everything you need, information around the for area, washing machine, complex is well maintained. Big mix of attractions and restaurants, Tea for Two, Captains Table, Chloes to name a few.
August 2022 - We stayed here for 23 nights. It is in the perfect position, close to the harbour and the Pambis diner/ farm shop also close by. The apartment itself is clean, homely, and a lot bigger than it looks! The garden is beautiful and overlooks the pool. Cannot say enough about how perfect it is. Everything in the listing is correct. The apartment has everything you could need in the kitchen too. The air conditioning is amazing but even though we were there in August we didn't need to use it too much as the house is naturally quite cool. The property manager was so lovely and let us check out later and was very friendly. We would recommend, and hopefully will stay here again in the future. We have stayed in Cyprus a few times and Paradise Gardens 2 and Paradise Gardens 1 are our favourite places to stay. About 15/20mins walk (depending how fast you walk) to the harbour where there are numerous shops & restaurants, supermarket,bars, the castle, boat trips, water sports and the bus station. Also from the apartment, the Kings Avenue Mall is around 30mins walk (maybe less). All in all, would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone, whether they've been to Cyprus a few times or it is their first time.
July 2022 - This ground floor apartment was superb. It was very spacious and well equipped. Good air conditioning. The garden was extremely nice and great place to relax and only a short walk to the fantastic pool. It’s close to a small shop and a fantastic restaurant called Pambis which is 5 minutes walk. . It is 15 - 20 minutes walk to harbour. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
July 2022 - What a fantastic apartment! It was spacious with everything you could possibly need. The aircon was excellent & much appreciated. A lovely little garden with sunbeds & a short walk to the pool. Paradise Gardens 2 is extremely well kept & maintained. A big thank you to the owner as we were supposed to go on this holiday in 2020 which was obviously cancelled first our booking was moved to 2021 & we finally got there this July 22. I would highly recommend this apartment. It’s a short walk to the harbour & the Kings Mall. With great restaurants for every possible taste. I will definitely book this apartment again. I found the website very easy to use & the booking process easy. Whatever property your looking at there’s good photos & information. Also when my booking had to be moved the Cyprus Lettings Group were very helpful and made moving our booking stress free.
May 2022 - As ever a really lovely stay all went to plan and we had a super holiday . This complex is just perfect so relaxing and immaculate ground and fantastic pool. We will be returning soon.
September 2021 - Very pleasant apartment, has everything you need, very clean, the whole complex is very well looked after, pool is very well maintained, complex about a 20 minute walk to town centre and beach, so it is very well situated complex, lots of restaurants down by the beach, and supermarkets also. Booking was all very easy, very well explained and very straightforward.
September 2019 - This is a lovely ground floor apartment suitable for someone with mobility problems or a family with children who prefer a shady spot. From the parking space, there are two steps down to the front door. It's north facing, so the patio is in the shade all day, which suited us perfectly. The apartment overlooks the pool, but is very private, due to the trees and plants in the garden. The patio is larger than most on the complex and two personal sunbeds are provided. The pool is large, well looked after and not busy. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The apartment is fully-equipped and very comfortable. I spent a week here with my 86-year-old father who is a wheelchair user and it was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. The instructions provided by Cyprus Lettings were spot on. We tried a few restaurants during our stay, and for us, our favourite was Viva Cyprus. They offer a 3-course meal for 10 euros and it was excellent. We ate there three times during the week.
August 2019 - Absolutely loved the location, gardens and pool kept well and totally as described. Apartment was clean and tidy. A high chance we would stay there again.
May 2019 - The apartment was very nice. Cyprus Lettings were efficient with good and prompt communication both before and during our stay. I would recommend this property to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay on beautiful Cyprus
August 2018 - The apartment is in a good quiet location and ground floor access to the pool is excellent. The accommodation is large and well equipped. We loved the quiet and well kept pool area most. The nearby restaurant and shop were great!
July 2018 - We had an absolutely fabulous time here. The apartment is spacious and was in good clean condition when we arrived. Everything you needed was in the kitchen, barbecue items too which was great when we used the BBQ in the garden. Bedrooms were cool with plenty of wardrobe space. The outside area was lovely and quite private thanks to the lovely shrubs giving some privacy from the pool area. There was an iron and ironing board and a good sized airer which we made use of on the patio area (I kept on top of the washing most days as it dried so quickly in the glorious sunshine!) The pool and it’s surrounding areas are very well maintained and cleaned early each morning. There were plenty of sunbeds too. It is a nice quiet, small complex and the pool is rarely crowded. It is approximately a 15 minute walk (at normal pace) to Paphos Harbour front but there is a mini market and Pambis restaurant about 10 mins walk from the complex. I would highly recommend the apartment and the complex and hope to be booking again soon!
June 2018 - Overall a lovely spacious apartment with garden area overlooking the pool. Kitchen well equipped and seating to eat indoors or out on the patio. Close to amenities as in Paphos old town and harbour with a restaurant a few hundred metres away. Complex is set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Would definitely recommend.
