Description

MINIMUM CHARGE 5 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Two people. For an additional child, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for five, dining table and four chairs, thermostatically controlled radiator for the winter.

Terrace - Massive 50m2 split level, south facing, private terrace, faces directly onto the main pool. Furnished with a table and four chairs for al fresco eating, a coffee table, two-seater settee and two lounging chairs plus two sunloungers. There is an electrically operated awning that, if desired, covers the top area of the terrace whilst the lower terrace is purely for sunbathing. This is a fantastic feature as it allows you to sit out on the terrace and have breakfast or lunch without being in direct sunlight.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, 4-speed remote controlled ceiling fan, television and Apple TV and Firestick, thermostatically controlled radiator for the winter.

Bathroom - Large specially built shower area, pressurised water system for stronger flow, WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Additional Features - Safe, alarm system, CD/MP3 player, iron and ironing board.

Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

September 2023 - We have stayed in this apartment quite a few times over the years. It is well furnished and very comfortable, with everything you could need. The patio faces south which gives you plenty of sun, in addition, there is an awning for shade when needed plus a couple of parasols. The patio is also well-furnished. We have rented apartments from Cyprus Lettings Group on many occasions, and have always found them to be very professional and would recommend them to anyone looking for a holiday rental. It's an easy site to use.
August 2023 - Very happy with this apartment. It had everything and more than we needed for our stay. It was very clean and some things looked brand new. We would have booked it again for next year had it been available. Excellent service from the property manager, 5 stars
May 2023 - The apartment was as expected. Perfect location and I would highly recommend. Plenty of local bars/places to eat to suit all budgets. Booking was straight forward and easy to use.
October 2019 - This apartment was perfect for our holiday. Clean and tidy upon arrival, the location was brilliant as it was only a 20 minute walk to the harbour but amenities and restaurants were also nearby. I would recommend this property to a friend and would also re-book in future. The imperial Chinese restaurant on the main road to the harbour was our favourite evening meal. There are also a lot of good places for breakfast very close by including Deck Bar, Billy's Bar, Why Not? and many more around the area.
July 2019 - A fantastic ground floor spacious 1 bedroom apartment with everything we needed, immaculate on arrival and a very comfy bed. Great selection of TV channels. A very large south facing terrace that enjoyed sunshine from early morning until late evening with easy access to the beautiful swimming pool. Highly recommended. Great website with very easy booking process. Great communication from the Cyprus Lettings Group.
April 2019 - This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and we were not disappointed. The pictures and descriptions were accurate and the patio are is outstanding. The management company are quick to respond to any queries and the transfers are excellent. We like to stay in Limnaria Gardens because it is in our opinion the best area in Paphos the properties and outside area are very well kept, clean and updated regularly. It is a central location for restaurants including Michaels and Les Amis and for a top class steak Ficardos
September 2018 - Had a lovely holiday yet again. Been coming to Limnaria Gardens for past 11 years, 9 of which have been spent in this apartment. The large terrace and south facing outlook means sunshine all day and the canopy means that you also have the shade if you want. Would highly recommend this Apartment and complex. Good customer service received from the Cyprus Lettings Group. Our favourite places to eat and drjnk were Happy Island, The Moorings, Fiesta Cocktail bar Flintstones and Memories Bar
July 2018 - Apartment was excellent. Location was good and facilities provided were very well kept. Our grandchildren loved the pool. Restaurants in the area were very good, we particularly liked Les Amie's and The Atrium. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property
June 2018 - Lovely apartment just as described with very large patio area. Bonus having an electric awning, so could keep in shade if required. Large flat screen TV with all UK channels. Bathroom had a walk in shower which is great if you are advancing in years and perhaps may struggle to climb into a bath! Had a problem with washing machine but the property manager replaced very promptly. Limnaria Gardens complex is a short walk to many great bars and restaurants with the harbour some 15 minutes away. Would certainly book this apartment again
December 2017 - Generally speaking, this apartment is the best we have experienced in Cyprus. Maximum sun, nice large patio, good kitchen, good bathroom. Staying in November no AC needed and only slight heating in early December. The Property Manager reacted on all matters in minutes, so customer service super! We can warmly recommend this property to anyone.
August 2017 - We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks it was very clean bright and had all the essentials. The pool was clean and warm and the gardens were well kept. We did not have to send for the property manager as everything was perfect, but our friend did and she said he was very helpful quick and friendly. The complex is ideally situated with easy access to all the bars and the harbour. We would truly recommend these apartments and would definitively like to return.
August 2017 - This is a lovely one bed apartment and well furnished. We have been staying on Limnaria Gardens since the complex was built, and it is in a fantastic location with many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The property is on the ground floor with a very large patio area, half of which is covered with a retractable awning, perfect for getting out of the sun for a while, as it gets the sun all day long. This is probably the best apartment for location on the complex, just a few steps from the pool area meaning you don't need sunbeds around the pool, you can just walk back and spread out on your patio.

January 2017 - A very accurate description a good photos of all the facilities. Property Manager was excellent nothing was to much trouble for him. Would certainly recommend to friends & family to use Cyprus Lettings. There are numerous restaurants & cafes near to complex also supermarkets & bus station within walking distance 5 minutes to promenade which leads to the Harbour area. Website is brilliant it shows all the different apartments in detail, availability and facilities and cost, so you know exactly all that you require for your stay. The booking process is very easy & safe with Cyprus lettings everything is explained and you feel all the time you are being looked after.
