Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. Both bedrooms are positioned at opposite ends of the apartment providing more privacy than a normal holiday apartment.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC, this bathroom is adjacent to Bedroom 2

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The apartment has 2 private sunloungers.

Conditions - This apartment does not accept bookings of three or four people of the same sex under 30.

September 2017 - Our second visit to this property. Love the layout of the apartment, with each bedroom at opposite ends, and with its own bathroom. Find it a positive that the balcony is in the shade for the majority of the day; it gives a respite from the sun, and makes it comfortable for eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony. Love the pool area. Didn't need to use the services of the property manager. Favourite restaurants - Gabor (french), Argos (greek), Chloe's (chinese) Recommend visiting Oniro's by the Sea Bar, to watch sunset (North of Coral Bay, towards the Sea Caves)
May 2017 - Our third time at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone. The apartment is on the second floor. It is lovely, spacious clean and well laid out. Two bedrooms one at either end with ensuite. One very large spacious king size bed with plenty of wardrobe and hanging space , full length mirror and chair for the ladies to do hair and hairdryer supplied , then a very spacious twin with the same fitting as other bedroom. Comfy lounge and TV internet. Dining room area lovely. Open planned kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen with everything, microwave, washing machine even ice blocks in freezer to keep drinks cool down by the pool. Drinking water tap in kitchen too. Huge balcony with comfy settee and coffee table and two chairs. Two dryers to hang swim wear out to dry. Amazing swimming pools 3. Walk in main pool is lovely , it has aside area which has jacuzzi seating in, lovely warm toddler pool , Third pool has steps down with seating and bubbles too, so all pools have easy access. Toilet and showers in pool area too. No need to panic about sun beds as you have your own beds Allocated to the apartment. Local shops and bars very short walk and local beach 5 min walk to the end of the road. Amazing restaurant down at the harbour and surrounding area. Car not needed as everything is in walking distance, if you want to explore further afield local bus runs all the time. Local ice cream man comes every day around 4pm delicious . Will definitely return.
September 2016 - Stayed here in September, with another couple. Apartment's layout was ideal, with bedrooms at opposite ends of the lounge/kitchen. Fixtures and fittings were of high standard. Was originally disappointed that balcony didn't overlook the pool area, but this turned out to be advantageous as it gave us a haven throughout the day to get out of the sunshine and cool down (sun came onto balcony at approx 5pm). We spent a lot of time on the balcony, made even more pleasant by the outdoor furniture being sofa and chairs rather than just a table. Would recommend Gabors restaurant if you want a fine dining experience (near The Ribshack), and Argos does lovely traditional Greek fayre in monster portions. Although we hired a car, you don't have to have one as there are many restaurants within walking distance/5 mins away, and it only takes approx 15 mins to get to the harbour. Would have no problem recommending this apartment to others.
