Minimum Charge - 6 nights
You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Additional Information - The entrance door, kitchen, one bedroom, wet room and terrace have been adapted to give wheelchair access. The property has 4 private sunloungers.
Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and undoubtedly one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including an overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

September 2023 - Very enjoyable stay. Great location and a very well-equipped apartment
August 2023 - We have stayed in this apartment for the last 3 years in a row. It has had some work done to it recently and it now has some new appliances and aircon throughout. I hope to stay there again next year and look forward to some more improvements.
July 2023 - Limnaria Gardens is a lovely location. The pool is large and beautiful and remains peaceful even with all the apartments. The apartment is on the ground floor so you have easy access to the pool and can enjoy meals outside, looking at the gardens. It is a short 10-minute walk to the centre, and there are many restaurants close by. The sea is just a short walk away also. Everything worked well - the AC, TV, hot water, kitchen appliances - there were no problems at all. The place was very clean and comfortable.
May 2023 - Couldn't fault our stay. absolutely worth every penny. the complex is beautiful and the apartment itself was bigger than expected.
February 2023 - Excellent stay! Stayed here as a family of five adults. Plenty of space for us all. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the area, walkable to most places. The complex is very well-kept and has a lovely pool area. Great communication with the agent. Would definitely stay again
January 2023 - This apartment is perfectly located within the complex. It's ground level and just seconds away from the beautiful pools. It's a very well equipped place, we had everything we needed for a 5 weeks stay. Being a family of 7 we found that the apartment was plenty big enough and we all had space when needed which was a bonus, the only issue we found was the place was quite echoey so the younger children became quite a bit louder inside! There are 4 supermarkets within walking distance which was quite useful, the cheapest being Pop Life which we found by chance, it seems to be more of a 'locals' shop. The weather in December was fantastic, definitely a lot better than we had expected. We really enjoyed our stay and we would happily return.
October 2022 - The accommodation was fine, we love the complex. It is close enought to walk to the beach and town centre. The pools are brilliant and well kept.
August 2022 - We have just come back after a 2 week stay here. It was a brilliant location, easy access to the pool and lovely patio area. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the basic necessities. The area felt very safe and was actually quite quiet considering it was the summer holidays. Apartments are in a fab location, easy access to bus stops to get around Paphos, harbour and main supermarket only 15 minute walk and lots of lovely restaurants to choose from along the way. Can’t wait to book to stay here again!
February 2022 - The location is great. 5 minutes walking to the seaside. The apartment itself is very nice and has new locks on windows, a security alarm system, and a first aid kit.
December 2021 - The perfect apartment for our family vacation! Very nice, clean and well-maintained. Our family of 6 was very comfortable there for several days. The property manager was very attentive to our questions and walked us through getting the hot water and internet going. The back patio deserves a special mention as it opens onto a shared courtyard with three large crystal clear pools which our kids could not resist on a mild December afternoon. The location is also perfect for families, walkable to the beach, but in a quiet apartment complex. All in all a great experience, highly recommended.
October 2021 - Very large and functional apartment, very pleasant terrace on the ground floor for direct access to the swimming pool which was great for our children! We had a great stay and the complex is very pretty and quiet (maybe due to the period?)
August 2021 - Property Manager and Owner were both great during our stay and any issues were dealt with swiftly. Booked again for next year.
