Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Balcony - South-facing, table and four chairs, additional casual seating for four, partial views to the sea.

Kitchen - Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment separated by the living room and kitchen.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.

Bathrooms - Both bedrooms have their own bathroom one with a bath, shower and WC and the other with a walk-in shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Additional Features - Satellite TV with Nilesat which has a selection of English speaking channels, DVD player, free WIFI (available from March until October only), safe, iron and ironing board.

Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The apartment has four private sunloungers.

I really liked the apartment. All machinery works. The dishes were completely clean. The description of the apartments and their location is correct. They are near the beach, not far from restaurants and the bar street. Thank you very much!
This apartment is behind the pool facing blocks - Close enough (100 yard walk) - but also far enough away for it to be quiet, without the pool noise (not that there was much as the pool was relatively quiet most days) Apartment is very nice and clean - A good size and a double lovely balcony. The Kitchen has everything you need - from Washing Machine, Microwave, to Sandwich Toaster (well though out!) Bedrooms and Beds are good. We did have an issue with the Air-Con in one of the bedrooms, but this was sorted out reasonably quickly. Location is fantastic - a short stroll to a nice beach. Shops, Bars and Restaurants also very close by. The main Town and Harbour is about 15 min walk. All in all a very nice stay and I would recommend people to stay at Limnaria.
The apartment was lovely and clean, with accurate description and one of the better locations. We had some issues with the air con in one of the rooms but this was solved during our stay.
This is a nice apartment away from the swimming pool area and suitable for us oldies who like a quite holiday. The description of the apartment and photos are accurate. We would recommend this and other apartments on the Limnaria complex and also booking through Cyprus Lettings. Local restaurants we used were Atrion, Viva Cyprus, Happy Island, the new Indian by the nearby tourist information centre, The Thai near the bus station by Debenhams, St Pauls Pillar, and along Tomb of the Kings Road Phukett Chinese restaurants especially the DIm Sum set lunch. An evening cocktail at the Beach Deck watching the sun go down behind the harbour is a must and after dinner a nightcap at the Atrion bar
We enjoyed the apartment and the description was entirely accurate. We have stayed in block K before and thought the two separate bedrooms and full size separate bathrooms suited us much better than the apartment we stayed in last October. It was very clean. We did not contact the property manager. We like the position of the apartment on the complex as it is away from the pool area (which we do not use) and is very quiet. We use a number of restaurants in the local vicinity and like, The Atrion & The Happy Valley, Phukhet Chinese & Thai, St Pauls Pillar. We would be happy to recommend this Apt to a friend or relative.
