September 2021 - This is a lovely apartment which I have rented twice a year for a number of years. The property has all you need and is quite private, it has a very large balcony with sunbeds, table & chairs ect, it also has UK TV. It is approximately 15 mins walk to the harbour area or you can get a bus at the end of the street every 30mins. There is also a shop at the end of the street which has all the essentials you may need. There is a taverna 5mins walk from the apartment which is excellent. Finally the Property Managers are fantastic and they are always there for you at the drop of a hat should you ever need them.
September 2019 - This is an excellent penthouse apartment. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends. There was nothing really to pick fault with as everything was perfect. Will definitely be back.
September 2018 - I have rented this apartment for a number of years and at least twice a year, it is a very nice apartment and has all you need, the balcony is very big perfect for sunbathing, having a barbecue or having a drink in the shaded area, there is also a nice quiet pool. The Property Managers are very helpful should you need them and I will also say that Cyprus Lettings are an excellent Agency and I will always use them. There are many nice Restaurants to go to whether it be by the Harbour, Tomb of the Kings Road, etc but I tend to go to Pambis Restaurant which is a 2 minute walk from the Apartment as well as a Kiosk and Bus Stop which takes you to the Harbour.
May 2018 - We have been using Cyprus lettings for 10 years and all the apartments we have stayed in are of a good standard and always clean. this one is very clean, its spacious and packed with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Its a comfortable walk to the bars and restaurants we like such as Porto Bello and Ficardos. The photographs are a true representation of the property and if anything don't do it justice. there was a thunderstorm one afternoon and we lost the internet, without contacting anybody the owner appeared (a very nice man) and within minutes the problem was solved. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to family and friends and we will be back next year.
September 2017 - I went with my 2 daughters in their 20s to this well equipped and comfortable apartment with a large terrace. The property managers were helpful, replacing light bulbs/batteries etc. It is a 25 minute walk to the harbour (we are all great walkers) and there is a small supermarket/farm shop two minutes walk away for basics. We ate out most nights and there were a variety of restaurants (we are 2 vegetarians and one meat-eater). There are lots of car hire deals locally and we also contemplated (but didn't in the end)hiring push-bikes (between 5 and 20 Euros a day depending on condition and whether electric). Book early for tours as we missed out on one jeep tour that was full up. We were able to stay on in the apartment for the day that we left and this made a big difference as we had a night flight. Thank you.
July 2017 - Beautiful apartment with everything you would need in it. We felt like it was a home from home. The property managers were so helpful when we needed them, they are lovely. The pool is very quiet and relaxing as it never got too busy the whole 4 weeks we were there. If I could stay in a property like this anywhere we go then I would be a very happy traveller. Amazing!! May 2017 - This is a fantastic property it has everything you need and more ie the balcony is massive and private, I rent this property twice a year and have done for a number of years so that tells you something, Cyprus Lettings is an excellent Rental Company who I have used for approx 12 years and I have rented other properties not just this one and all were excellent, I would certainly recommend them to anyone I know, the Property Managers are fantastic and will do anything for you should you need them to. I will also add that there is an excellent Pub/Restaurant called Pambis less than 5 mins walk away as well as a Kiosk, the staff in both are very friendly and welcoming. There is a regular Bus service that takes you to the Harbour approx 3mins walk away or if you prefer to walk it would take approx 15mins.
