Terrace - Private terrace that faces directly onto the main pool with the childrens pool only a stones throw to the right. The massive 70m2 terrace is south facing which attracts maximum sunshine and has with two tables and eight chairs and four sunloungers. Part of the terrace is covered.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, en-suite full bathroom.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing.

September 2018 - Second time to this complex. We were a family of nine and all had a fantastic time again. Two of us will be booking here again for May 2019. Can I just also say how speedy all my questions were answered by the Cyprus Lettings Group even at 7.30pm on the day we flew out. I would definitely recommend to others.
December 2017 - Lovely apartment,as photos and description. Limnaria Gardens is very well maintained - property, pool and gardens. In December it is very quiet, so cannot say how it would be in summer. Large South facing sunny terrace. Excellent TV system, which we found useful in winter as sunset around 5 pm. Convenient to walk into town. Best restaurant Viva Cyprus - 5 mins walk.
September 2017 - The listing description and photographs were accurate regarding the location and facilities. To be honest it was so much better than I was expecting. Everyone in the group was really impressed with the property and the facilities that were available. The property manager provided excellent customer service. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, there was extra towels and bed linen available. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We travelled with other members of the family to a wedding in Paphos and they were impressed with the property, pool areas and facilities. We enjoyed the Water Park and the food at the Alea cocktail bar was excellent and reasonably priced.
December 2016 - Property excellent, TV system excellent. Good position for Kato Paphos and beach walks. Favourite restaurant Viva Cyprus. Also liked Penguinos.
July 2016 - Perfect place, Nice pool and surroundings. Close to Good restaurants such as Michaels Place, Porto Bello & Viva Cyprus. Very competent Property Manager Quick answers and relevant help. Big and lovely terrace. Clean and Good apartment. All that you need for perfect holiday. Recommended warmly.
February 2016 - Our second visit in two years, this time for ten weeks (Mid Feb to the end of April). The complex was quite quiet at first and it was interesting to see it get busier as the weeks progressed. The property Manager was as efficient as ever - helping us out with the new digital hob. We visited several restaurants during our stay, the favourites being Les Amis, Jordans, Michael's, Portobello, Rimini, and Ocean Basket. The first five all being within easy walking distance of the apartment. Further afield in Kathikas - Petredaka is our all time favourite. I hired a car from Nestor Car Rentals (just down the road from the apartment), and got a very good deal on a ten week rental. In my opinion the apartment and the complex is ideally situated for people of all ages, my wife uses a wheelchair, whilst some of the footpaths are not too friendly, we manage alright. We have already booked a third visit in 2017.
