Description
MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.Occupancy - Six people.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for five, dining seating for six.
Pool - Private swimming pool, patio area, table and five chairs, four sunloungers. There is also a private roof terrace with sunbeds.
Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room, private balcony with a table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes, full ensuite bathroom, private balcony with a table and chairs. There are also two large single blow-up beds.
Parking - There is private off-road parking.
Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided
TV System - One of the best available in Cyprus, MAG TV which has UK free to view channels including BBC and ITV plus the full Sky package and an additional 30+ sports channels showing many sports including PPV boxing and almost every premiership game. Additional Features - Free WIFI, Xbox with a variety of games, radio, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board.
Location - The seafront is a 20-minute walk and the main bars and restaurant are 10-15 minutes. There are a number of tavernas and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk.
Additional Information - This villa does not accept single sex group bookings under 30 years old.

May 2017 - The villa was wonderfully clean & comfortable. The pool was kept in tip top condition. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc was an especially nice touch. Thank You!!April 2017 - Just spent a wonderful week at Palm Trees Villa myself and my husband. We arrived late on the evening after picking our hire car up from the airport which was arranged by the property owner, and following the directions that the property owner had emailed us which were very straight forward, we were in the Villa in no time. It is a lovely Villa with everything you could possibly need, real home from home, very very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean too. There was a hairdryer straighteners, iron ironing board which was great too. The pool was immaculate and the pump was on and off all day so you knew it was clean. On the evening we followed the map that was also emailed to us and after a short work we were in the main harbour. So many bars and restaurants to choose from it was wonderful. The Villa is situated far enough away from the bars to be quite at night but close enough to walk. A short 5 min walk to the wonderful 24 hour bakery and a Fruit Market/supermarket with everything you could possible need provision wise. We travelled out most days using a map which was easy to follow and found some wonderful tradition old villages. The locals were so friendly and always willing to help if they could. I would 100% recommend Palms Trees Villa and we are already planning our next trip
September 2016 - I recently stayed at this Villa with my sister and I must say we were pleasantly surprised, it is lovely and spacious and very clean. All amenities are nearby and everyday we would buy an all-day ticket to travel around on as many buses as we liked. Some lovely restaurants by the harbour. But the highlight for me had to be the pool at the Villa, to get home every day and to be able to dip in this lovely pool was wonderful - give it a go!
