MINIMUM CHARGE 4 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The apartment has two private sunloungers that are located around the pool area but can be taken to the balcony if desired.

November 2019 - The apartment was really good and satisfied the description. The kitchen was fully equipped including pans, baking dishes, different kinds of glasses and plates - everything you need. Nice big balcony. Good parking place. Perfect location. Hot water, air-conditioning and ceiling fans all worked properly.
June 2019 - We have just returned from two weeks. Our stay there was just what we were looking for. Well maintained apartment equipped with everything we needed. Prompt response when we needed assistance by the charming and knowledgeable Property Management team. Comfortable beds and plenty of space on our balcony. I would recommend this apartment. The local restaurants were fantastic especially Romantica and The Atrium

July 2018 - The Apartment was very much as advertised. The facilities were as advertised and I was happy with the apartment. The balcony was larger than I expected which was nice. All of he restaurants we used were lovely. Rimini, Les Amis, Fat Mamas to name a few.
March 2017 - The apartment accurately fitted the description and photographs. Everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Location was ideal for us: a 2 minute walk to the nearest shop and bus stop, 5 mins to a variety of excellent tavernas and restaurants and a pleasant 15 min walk to the harbour. We were there for the last week in March and the large well appointed balcony got the sun from early morning till late afternoon. We ate out every night and were never disappointed with either the quality or the portion sizes which were always huge. Particular favourites for us were Michaels, The Curry House and Romantica We had a couple of queries which answered quickly by the very helpful property manager. The whole complex is maintained to a high standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending.
August 2017 - Cannot find a fault. My 86 year father and 81 year old mother loved this property, lift access, near restaurants, beach etc. They loved it. Thanks to Cyprus Lettings for their care and attention, we will be back. The property is exactly as you see on the site.

June 2016 - This is our 3rd time to this apartment and once again we cannot fault it. This apartment is clean and tidy and has all the facilities you would need. You get the sunshine all day on the balcony. The owners have gone out their way to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed by providing lots of information on how use the TV, sunbeds, and air conditioner amongst other things. You are close to plenty of bars and restaurants, local Cypriot shops with the most friendliest people we have ever met. They always offer you a Cypriot coffee and love your company in the little shops. The harbour is stunning but can get quite hot so ensure that after your coffee and chat to the shopkeeper, buy a large bottle of water and enjoy the walk, you wont be disappointed. We will definitely be staying here again.
