MINIMUM CHARGE 4 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Bedroom - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. Sofabed in the living room sleeps 2.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has two private sunloungers that are located around the pool area but can be taken to the balcony if desired.

October 2022 - The listing description and photographs were accurate. The Property Manager provided exemplary customer service. Recommended. We particularly liked the walk along the coastal boardwalk to the Lighthouse Cafe, Avakas gorge, Latchi and our trip into the Troodos hills. Estia restaurant (just 600 metres or so walk) was excellent as was the Alea Bar near Alykes beach. We also found the supermarket at the coast end of Melinas Merkouri to be very good'
September 2022 - Lovely property overlooking the pool. Well presented, clean and tidy plenty of room. As described. Great service from the property manager I would recommend this apartment. There are lots of great restaurants around the area catering for all. Paphos has lots of attractions to suit everyone from young to old
September 2022 - Excellent holiday. The property was if not better than the photos, a real home from home experience. Without a doubt I would recommend. We liked most local restaurants ...we tried them all!
June 2022 - The property suited our needs. It was clean and the bed was comfy. The air con was whisper quiet in the bedroom and was fantastic. Air con in the living room worked well although we rarely used that. We had a few problems that were quickly sorted by the Proiperty Manager. Would I go back? - yes, I think that says it all!. The website and booking process were perfect including instructions on how to reach the property and access the room.
May 2022 - The apartment had everything needed for the holiday. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size but the kitchen quite compact. It was very well maintained and would recommend it for 2 persons only. A short walk from the apartment there is a road with several good restaurants which I would recommend too. We had a lovely week. Thank you.
May 2022 - I have stayed at this property many times before, always found it clean and very well presented. I had no reason to contact the Property Manager this time, but have done on previous occasions, and always found them most helpful with any enquiries I've had have been resolved swiftly and professionally. I have recommended the Cyprus Lettings Group to friends over the years. I find the local Restaurants very good in particular Les Amis & Happy Island
April 2022 - The apartment was clean, functional and served it’s purpose well for an 11 night self catering break. The best feature was the fact that the balcony received full sun from sunrise until around 4.30pm, and with the loungers available on the balcony, you don’t have to go to the pool if you don’t want to. We have booked this apartment again for next year and would recommend to friends and family. No need to contact the property manager at all during our visit. Having visited Paphos for the fourth time now, there are a variety of restaurants available nearby and a large supermarket close by.
September 2021 - We stayed for a 10 day holiday. The apartment was good enough and well equiped with microwave, toaster, washing machine. There is a big bathroom area and small kitchen. Nice for 3 people.

November 2019 - The apartment was really good and satisfied the description. The kitchen was fully equipped including pans, baking dishes, different kinds of glasses and plates - everything you need. Nice big balcony. Good parking place. Perfect location. Hot water, air-conditioning and ceiling fans all worked properly.
June 2019 - We have just returned from two weeks. Our stay there was just what we were looking for. Well maintained apartment equipped with everything we needed. Prompt response when we needed assistance by the charming and knowledgeable Property Management team. Comfortable beds and plenty of space on our balcony. I would recommend this apartment. The local restaurants were fantastic especially Romantica and The Atrium

July 2018 - The Apartment was very much as advertised. The facilities were as advertised and I was happy with the apartment. The balcony was larger than I expected which was nice. All of he restaurants we used were lovely. Rimini, Les Amis, Fat Mamas to name a few.
March 2017 - The apartment accurately fitted the description and photographs. Everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Location was ideal for us: a 2 minute walk to the nearest shop and bus stop, 5 mins to a variety of excellent tavernas and restaurants and a pleasant 15 min walk to the harbour. We were there for the last week in March and the large well appointed balcony got the sun from early morning till late afternoon. We ate out every night and were never disappointed with either the quality or the portion sizes which were always huge. Particular favourites for us were Michaels, The Curry House and Romantica We had a couple of queries which answered quickly by the very helpful property manager. The whole complex is maintained to a high standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending.
