You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.
Occupancy - Eight people.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, ceiling fan, lounge seating for 8, dining table and 6 chairs.
Pool - Private 8 x 4m swimming pool and large part-covered terrace that is furnished with a table, chairs and 8 sun loungers. The pool can be heated between October and April for an additional charge of £175.
Kitchen - Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1 - First floor, air-conditioned, double, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, ensuite with bath and shower over. Pool-facing balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 - Ground floor, air-conditioned, double, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 - First floor, air-conditioned, double, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 4 - First floor, air-conditioned, twin, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes. There is mezzanine level loiunge that has direct access to the roof terrace with private sunbathing and sea views.
Bathrooms - Ground floor walk-in shower and WC. First-floor shower and WC.
TV System - UK free to view channels including BBC and ITV. In addition to this, there is 7-day catch-up available. There are also hundreds of current DVD quality movies available TV instructions
Additional Features - Safe, iron and ironing board. For wheelchair users, the villa offers mostly level access. There is a single step at the front door, but level access is available via the driveway side door and through the rear patio doors leading to the pool area. The ground-floor double bedroom and shower room also make it particularly convenient for guests with mobility needs.
Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.
Parking - There is off-road parking at the front of the villa
Location - Turning right out of the villa, 5 minutes walk away is a lovely little beach with a bar serving soft drinks, lager and cocktails. Turning left out of the villa, also 5 minutes walk away is Coral Bay beach, complete with loungers and parasols and a couple of bars. Watersports such as jet skiing, parasailing and inflatables are also available here at fairly reasonable prices. Coral Bay strip, where most of the restaurants and bars are, is only a 5-minute walk away.
