Description
MINIMUM CHARGE 6 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.Occupancy - Eight people. The villa also offers occupancy for a maximum of 6 guests on a 3-bedroom basis for reduced rates.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, two ceiling fans, lounge seating for ten and a dining table and six chairs.
Pool - A patio area that is furnished with eight sunbeds surrounds the private swimming pool. There is a BBQ on the terrace. There is a table and six chairs on the sun terrace.
Kitchen - Massive separate kitchen, two ceiling fans, washing machine, spin dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster and kettle. There is a 3-seater settee and a kitchen dining table which seats eight.
Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, balcony with table and chairs, ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, balcony.
Bedroom 3 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC and washbasin downstairs.
Parking - The villa has private driveway parking.
TV System - UK free to view channels including BBC and ITV plus the full Sky package and an additional 30+ sports channels showing many sports including almost every premiership game plus PPV events. Additional Features - Hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Location - The villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes walk away from a fantastic taverna and mini-market. There is also a gym, kiosk, pharmacy and restaurant within 5 minutes walk. The seafront is a 20 minutes walk and the main bars and restaurants area 15 minutes.

January 2024 - A great place to stay! There's nothing I don't like about this villaOctober 2023 - We had a family group of 7 adults and a 15 month old. On arrival the villa was clean and as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer (didn't use the dryer as there was an airer that we put outside to dry clothes). The pool was clean and a company came and maintained it while we were there. The family enjoyed using this throughout the holiday. There was also a BBQ with coals. The villa is in a cul-de-sac so traffic noise was very reduced. There is a bus stop within a few minutes walk but we hired a car. Very enjoyable stay.
October 2023 - Lovely villa, well equipped kitchen. Good sized pool which was well maintained. Good-sized bedrooms. Would definitely go back.
May 2023 - The Villa was well equipped for our holiday. If you want to cook in the villa I think it had everything you need, we didn’t use this as we eat out but it certainly has it all if needed. I would think the pool was better than expected and don’t think the description does it justice
May 2023 - This place is huge. A lot bigger than the photos portray. It easily accommodates 8 people. All bedrooms are big with so much storage. The pool is a brilliant size. We had to contact the Property Manager about the internet but that was resolved in just a few hours. We would certainly book again. Nice and quiet area and the pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there for a week. Fast communication and the booking process was quick. Pretty close to most things but I would recommend getting a car to go to other places.
October 2022 - We had such a fantastic week, the photos do not do the villa justice. There was everything you needed so well equipped, I have never felt so relaxed in a place, really peaceful not far from bars a restaurants. We will definitely be coming back again for another holiday
June 2022 - The Villa was absolutely fantastic the photos on the website were correct, but once you see the Villa in person it more than meets the expectations that we had, for location, facilities and amenities. The property manager Colin was fantastic and could not do enough to help us, he is a credit to your company. Yes I would recommended this Villa to family and friends, so much that we are looking to come back in June next year. We visited the Pambis diner food and service was excellent, the Farm supermarket was very well stocked and reasonably priced, we also visited the beach on a couple of occasions which were good, The harbour area is fantastic also, we also visited the Fiesta bar & grill which had fantastic food and service, Taxis were very reasonably priced, all in all we had a fantastic time and cannot wait to come back next year. The website is really good and booking the villa was so simple
June 2022 - This property couldn't have been more ideal for our family holiday, the property and the location were absolutely perfect. Everything we could possibly have wanted in a property with so much space and a beautiful private pool area, we will definitely be booking this property again on our next trip to Paphos. We were exceptionally impressed with the booking process as we ended up booking this due to a very stressful situation where we cancelled our previously booked accommodation that day and were travelling within 2 weeks. Will always book on this website in future even if this particular property is not available
October 2021 - Lovely villa with a good size swimming pool. I liked the fact three of the four bedrooms had balconies. Great restaurant and supermarket within 5-10 minutes walk. Pharmacy, ATM and other shops within 2-minute walk. I can't say enough good things about Cyprus Lettings Group who organised my stay and were very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this holiday villa!
July 2019 - Our holiday was fabulous, the villa was perfect and catered for everything, facilities were brilliant which made a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Would definitely recommend and come back again. Very close to Pambis diner which was great and staff were very friendly, could easily eat there every night, food was brilliant.
September 2018 - The photographs give an accurate description of the villa. It is very clean throughout and everything you could think of is provided. The Pambis restaurant is 5 mins walk away, food is very good and very reasonable priced. We are intending to try and book again early next year.
