Minimum Charge - 6 nights
You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.
Occupancy - Eight people. The villa also offers occupancy for a maximum of 6 guests on a 3-bedroom basis.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, two ceiling fans, lounge seating for ten and a dining table and six chairs.
Pool - A patio area that is furnished with eight sunbeds surrounds the private swimming pool. There is a BBQ on the terrace. There is a table and six chairs on the sun terrace.
Kitchen - Massive separate kitchen, two ceiling fans, washing machine, spin dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, air fryer, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, balcony with table and chairs, ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, balcony.
Bedroom 3 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC and washbasin downstairs.
Parking - The villa has private driveway parking.
TV System - UK free to view channels including BBC and ITV plus the full Sky package and an additional 30+ sports channels showing many sports including almost every premiership game plus PPV events. In addition to this, there is 7-day catch-up available on many channels. There are also hundreds of current DVD-quality movies available.TV instructions
Additional Features - Hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.
Location - The villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac a few minutes walk from a taverna, mini-market, gym, kiosk, pharmacy and restaurant. The seafront is a 20 minutes walk and the main bars and restaurants area 15 minutes.

August 2026This villa had everything you need. Excellent location, plenty of space. Ages of guests ranged from 12 to 67, and everyone had a brilliant time. The bathroom could just do with a bit of an update, but it still worked and had everything you need

March 2026 - Our 3rd time at this property and will definitely be back. Feels like going home. Everything we need and more, great location and quiet cul-de-sac. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paphos wanting a villa. So maybe nearby restaurants with easy walk to sea front.
March 2026 - We arrived at property and we were impressed by the villas layout. As info: large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms as highlighted. Enclosed swimming pool area, relatively private from neighbours. Although the pool is unheated, making it unswimmable in March the Villa was clean and tidy for our arrival. We had 4 adults in our party, the size of the accommodation was ideal, giving us all plenty of space. The TV is equipped with plenty of British channels and sports to watch, which was great, plenty of sitting furniture too. We enjoyed our stay at the White Rose villa, with a few improvements that could be undertaken to elevate the enjoyment from good, to exceptional. All in all we would return again. Property as listed and photos are accurate.
March 2025 - Comfortable, spacey, excellent value for money. A lot of bedrooms, plenty of space, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, small convenience shops are close, plenty of space to park. Definitely value for money.
August 2024 - White Rose Villa was exactly as described, and the photos didn't do it justice. So much space, so clean & well equipped with everything you needed. It is a good location, a few minutes walk to Pambis Diner & about a 15/30 minute walk into Paphos town/harbour The pool was cleaned regularly whilst we were there which was a pleasant surprise. I spoke to the Property Manager once. He was very easy to get hold of & was very helpful. I would recommend this Villa to anyone & also Cyprus Holiday Lettings. We have stayed at one of their properties previously & had a great holiday. The only problem we encountered with White Rose Villa was leaving it at the end of a great 2-week stay.

January 2024 - A great place to stay! There's nothing I don't like about this villa
October 2023 - We had a family group of 7 adults and a 15 month old. On arrival the villa was clean and as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer (didn't use the dryer as there was an airer that we put outside to dry clothes). The pool was clean and a company came and maintained it while we were there. The family enjoyed using this throughout the holiday. There was also a BBQ with coals. The villa is in a cul-de-sac so traffic noise was very reduced. There is a bus stop within a few minutes walk but we hired a car. Very enjoyable stay.
October 2023 - Lovely villa, well equipped kitchen. Good sized pool which was well maintained. Good-sized bedrooms. Would definitely go back.
May 2023 - The Villa was well equipped for our holiday. If you want to cook in the villa I think it had everything you need, we didn’t use this as we eat out but it certainly has it all if needed. I would think the pool was better than expected and don’t think the description does it justice
May 2023 - This place is huge. A lot bigger than the photos portray. It easily accommodates 8 people. All bedrooms are big with so much storage. The pool is a brilliant size. We had to contact the Property Manager about the internet but that was resolved in just a few hours. We would certainly book again. Nice and quiet area and the pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there for a week. Fast communication and the booking process was quick. Pretty close to most things but I would recommend getting a car to go to other places.
