Description
MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.Occupancy - Six people. There is a sofabed in the living room that sleeps two.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for five, ceiling fan.
Balcony - The private balcony has a table and four chairs, and is ideal for alfresco dining. The balcony faces southwest, so soaks up the afternoon sun in the summer and has some sea views to the left.
Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.
Bathroom - The bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC.
Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautifully landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including an overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has two private sunloungers.

October 2023 - In general, the apartment was good value for money the apartment looked like it had been renovated in all areas except the bathroom. The lounge and bedrooms have new furniture and curtains and the walls have been painted. The beds were also comfortable and the room sizes were ok. We had a couple of small issues on arrival which were rectified by the Property Manager within the hour. The website and booking process is excellent and good communication.May 2022 - We have just returned from an excellent two week stay at Limnaria Gardens. The apartment was perfect for a young family with all the facilities required, including the much needed air conditioning. Although the apartment looks out onto a road, traffic noise was minimal. The complex itself was well maintained with a lifeguard always on duty at the pools. The pools themselves are great for all ages and provided much entertainment for our four year old. The complex is in an excellent location with shops and restaurants a short stroll away. Our particular favourite restaurants were Michael's House and Les Amis. We also went to Paphos Zoo which was good fun. We booked direct with the zoo which came with free transfers. We only had one interaction with the Property Manager which was to request a late check out which was secured quickly. I got the impression if we needed anything else the Property Manager would have been happy to help. I would definitely recommend the property and Limnaria Gardens to anyone looking for somewhere family friendly or for couples.
May 2019 - Very spacious and clean on arrival. Plenty of spare bedding for us to change. There was bread and bacon in the fridge for us also. I would definitely recommend Limnaria gardens. Great value for money and the pool was lovely too. We will be back.
September 2018 - We've been many times to Limnaria Gardens so we knew the area, very convenient location. Apartment was as described so no surprises. We particularly liked Michael's restaurant within easy walking distance.
