MINIMUM CHARGE 6 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, ceiling fan, lounge seating for six, dining table and four chairs.

Balcony - Large balcony overlooking the wonderful pools and manicured gardens of this stunning resort. The balcony also has a small shaded area and has comfortable seating for 4 which is ideal for evening drinks watching the sunset. In addition, it has a large parasol, four private sunloungers and a table and six chairs which is ideal for al fresco dining.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, hob, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, doors leading onto the patio.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, ensuite walk-in shower room, doors leading onto the patio.

Bathroom - Full bathroom directly opposite the door to the double bedroom.

TV System - UK free-to-view channels including BBC and ITV plus the full Sky package.

Additional Features - Hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Parking - There are plenty of parking bays around the complex.

Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has 4 private sunloungers.

March 2024 - Firstly please let me start by saying what a lovely holiday we had and it is a lovely apartment. We are regulars to Limnaria Gardens and the complex as always is beautiful. The property manager was very responsive to our calls and texts and the apartment was well furnished and lovely.
November 2023 - This was our third stay at Limnaria & this property was by far the best. We would recommend it. The description and photographs were accurate. The location and pool area are fantastic. The flat was large, clean, light & airy with a wonderful terrace. The furnishings were comfortable but dated, as was the kitchen & bathrooms. However, everything worked which was most important for us. The property manager was very pleasant and dealt with our few queries quickly & efficiently. The harbour areas are lovely, including one Chinese and several good fish restaurants. The beach path - both into and out of town is beautiful & also has plenty of choice of bars & restaurants.
October 2023 - We recently enjoyed a very good 3-week holiday at Limnaria Gardens (Block E). The property was easy to locate and exactly as detailed in the listing description and photographs. The property manager visited us on our first morning and provided us with assistance on a minor technical issue. We enjoyed using the poolside facilities as well as visiting the harbour area most days. We liked the Paphos mosaics and travelled further to enjoy beach days at Coral Bay, Lady's Mile (near Limasol/Akrotiri) and Pissouri, plus the Akamas and Troodos for super walks, A visit to Paphos Waterpark was a highlight for our 3 year old grand-daughter. Lots of restaurants were visited during our holiday and all were enjoyable experiences, especially Viva Cyprus, Maharaja and an unforgettable dinner watching the sunset at Oniro by the sea. Would we go back? Of course we would! The booking process with Cyprus Lettings is relatively straightforward and easy to follow.
November 2022 - The apartment was excellent
June 2022 - The property description was accurate. The Property Manager visited us and fixed a small issue on the spot and was very friendly. Perfect service. All in all we love Limnaria Gardens, it is near the city and seaside, usually quiet and calm. The Life Guard is very friendly and relaxed. So we had a relaxing holiday and will come again .
April 2022 - The apartment is in a great location on 1st floor, has a great balcony area with plenty of furniture, also 4 x sunbeds for use around the pool area. Living area is comfortable with modern sofas, the tv worked great and the wifi internet was good too. Kitchen was in fair condition, with large fridge freezer and washing machine which we found useful. Bedrooms are bright and spacious, both with patio doors leading onto balcony terrace. Cannot fault the booking process in any way. Email communication was great and had to change booking a couple of times due to covid, which was never a problem.
September 2021 - Lovely apartment in great complex with 2 big pools in attractive grounds. Superb location just a few minutes walk to beach, bars & restaurants, perfect for a holiday in the sun! Great communication with the Cyprus Lettings Group. Slight problem as the owner double-booked our initial apartment, however the Cyprus Lettings Group were very responsive & quick to successfully resolve the issue by offering a huge range of alternative accommodation.

June 2019 - Excellent apartment. Everything was as described on the website. The large patio balcony was perfect and a real sun trap for the Cypriot sunshine! The size of the apartment was perfect for 4 adults and the location was great... only a short walk to the main bars and restaurants. Excellent base to explore and enjoy Paphos. The pool area was also lovely, never too busy. Would most definitely return in the future! Clear, informative and simple booking process.
August 2018 - Our holiday was superb. I come here every year and love it. The apartment was lovely and clean. I could not fault it. The listing was what was described. The property manager was extremely helpful when the TV would not work. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. We just love the sea and the breath taking views of the harbour. The ruins, the fabulous restaurants and bars and the pleasant and polite Cypriots.
August 2018 - Our first impression of the apartment well spacious lovely and clean nice size veranda good views of the pool. Plenty of utensils for cooking and extra pillows or covers for the bed would definitely recommend using this apartment again loved it
