Description
MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for five, dining area for six. Desk/gaming table.
Terrace - Large private, part-covered, pool-facing terrace, table and five chairs, five sunloungers
Kitchen - Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven, grill and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, doors onto the pool-facing terrace.
Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes. There is an ensuite walk-in shower and WC.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

June 2023 - Once again a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Limnaria Gardens. The apartment was clean and spacious. The Property Managers were there for us if needed and checked the smoke alarm for us as it went off one night, no problems after that. Looking forward to our next stay in September 24April 2023 - We have been coming to Limnaria Gardens now for the last 5 years, we as a family had 2 apartments (next door to each other) for ease and space love coming back here every year. It’s always clean and quiet, the children love the pools. It’s just a walk everywhere. We have recommended it to our friends who also joined us this year in a villa. Our Beautiful apartment this year was clean and tidy. We had a BBQ outside and everything we needed inside. It never lets us down staying here. Thank you and we’ll see you again next year.
August 2022 - Once again a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Limnaria Gardens. After a break of 2 years because of covid, it was great to be back. We were a bit apprehensive at first because it was the first time we stayed in this particular apartment. Our worries were unfounded, as it was lovely and clean and spacious. In fact we have already booked the same apartment for next year. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Everything was accurate to the description. The property manager came and introduced himself to us and gave good service and information and i would always recommend Limnaria Gardens to anyone. Liked all attractions and restaurants that we went to. too numerous to mention. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
July 2019 - Basic and clean with tons of storage. Good size rooms all air conditioned. Sheets and towels all good quality. TV With UK channels and a DVD too. Plenty of cutlery and crockery as well as bats, balls and portable sun shade. Super location on the ground floor by the smaller pool. Gets the afternoon sun, but you will need to get up early if you want a good space by the pool during the day. Complex is well looked after and considering there are 200 units it didn’t seem that crowded other than for getting a good place by the pool. I saw the pool being checked at least twice a day for chlorine levels. We had a few minor issues which were dealt with by the maintenance team on the same day. They were super helpful and nothing was too much. Unfortunately the unit is being sold so availability was not visible otherwise we would have book for next year before we left. If you can book it I would suggest you do.
August 2018 - A great holiday at Limnaria Gardens, our first time at this complex but definitely not our last. A problem the first day with me tripping the electrics was quickly resolved by the Property Management team. Plenty of space in the apartment and great location by the pool, also close enough to the harbour without noise being an issue. Also close to the water park and the beach.
July 2018 - We have stayed on Limnaria Gardens for 5 years in a row and loved it every single year. We have stayed in a few blocks. This year was a 1st floor room in Block E, it was gorgeous. We got married the first year we came (2012) was the best day ever we have had lots of friends and family also booking and staying in Limnaria and said they’d book again. So once again we had a fab holiday in 2018 and hopefully be back for summer 2019
