Complex - Consisting of 75 units the complex is 5 minutes' walk to the nearest tavern and mini-market. The main bar and restaurant area is 10 minutes' walk and the beach 15 minutes' walk. Paradise Gardens is an award-winning resort and one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens, a large overflow swimming pool, and a children's pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing and sun loungers. The apartment has two private sun loungers.

January 2026 - Staying at Paradise Gardens was an absolute delight. My partner and I spent just shy of four weeks in a one-bedroom unit that overlooked the inner courtyard and pool. It has to go down as one of the most fully equipped and comfortable rental units we've ever experienced. Okay, so there were a couple of adaptor plugs missing when we arrived, but they turned up almost immediately after requesting them. Our property manager was always at the ready and always responded quickly. Down the road, within 200 to 300 meters, there are two mini supermarkets that carry practically everything you could need. Also within the same walking distance was a fast-food eatery/café as well as a decent, but a little on the pricey side for our budget, restaurant that also provided live music. The complex has units that are available short-term for holidaymakers as well as permanent residents, some who own while others rent, long-term. There is also a wide array of resident outdoor cats who are delightful, and affectionate, mainly when you arrive with food.
June 2025 - The photographs are accurate for the property. The Property Manager sorted out a sticking patio door for us. Excellent service. Would recommend the property. Nice and clean with a lovely bathroom. A good selection of restaurants and bars nearby.
September 2024 - A great property. Descriptions and photographs are accurate. We knew the location well as we had stayed in Paradise Gardens previously. I couldn't fault the property Manager. Any problem we had was soon rectified and we would not hesitate to recommend this property. The 2 local stores were very useful for most of our needs. Pambies restaurant was well used.
