MINIMUM CHARGE 5 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment also offer occupancy for a maximum of 2 guests on a 1-bedroom basis for reduced rates.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, dining table and four chairs.

Balcony - Large private, pool facing, angled to attract maximum sunshine. Furnished with table and four chairs.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, hob, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

July 2022 - We had a lovely time in Cyprus. The apartment was clean and tidy and larger than we expected, a nice surprise. Was the listing description and photographs accurate regarding the location, facilities, etc?-YES Did the property manager provide good customer service? - YES very good. Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? - Absolutely. We walked to the harbor area most nights and there were plenty of restaurants. Prices we reasonable too.
May 2022 - This villa is in a great location, near to shops, restaurants and the beach. The villa is in good condition generally. Limnaria is a beautiful, well kept complex. It is quiet and ideal for older couples and young families. The property manager was very helpful and went out his way to ensure that everything was ok with our stay. We have been staying in Limnaria Villas and gardens for years. We prefer the villas as it’s quieter but the gardens are lovely too.
April 2022 - Good size apartment with 2 bathrooms. Large balcony getting sun until mid afternoon. Great location with nice gardens and swimming pools suitable for all ages. Easy walking distance to coastal path and Paphos main strip.
October 2019 - We've just recently got back from our stay at Limnaria Gardens in Paphos as we were there for my sister's wedding. The apartment was fantastic, neat, clean and very tidy, a good size balcony over looking the pool area which was extremely clean. Everything on the description for this apartment was spot on, including distances to the nearest shops, restaurants and the beach. We used the car park for the beach at 1 euro for 4 hours which was brilliant for us. We ate at a different place every night and never had one bad meal, all the food we had was lovely. There was The Moorings, Baachus and several others on the harbour front and Tea for Two was absolutely brilliant, friendly and polite with professional service. Would highly recommend the apartment, we had a lovely stay and even watched a thunder & lightening storm whilst out there. Another good thing about the apartment was the instructions left for using the TV, air con and hot water, simple and easy to follow instructions - perfect.
September 2019 - Our stay at this apartment was great. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and we had a lovely view of the pool. We had a large balcony equipped with sun loungers and table and chairs, which we made use of daily. The sun was on the balcony until mid afternoon. There is easy access to all the main attractions and, although we hired a car for some of our stay (free parking on site), the bus route is close by. The property manager was very helpful in providing a hair dryer which we were unable to find in the property. He also changed some light bulbs that we'd noticed had blown. He came within a short while of messaging him, so great service. I will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family. We liked going to the harbour area - plenty of bars and restaurants. We particularly liked The Moorings restaurant - great service and lovely food. Going the other way, there is the Fiesta Bar and Ocean's Basket which we liked. While out and about in the car, we came across a bar called Sea You beach bar, which was on the way up the coast from Paphos to Coral Bay (so on the bus route). We had an excellent view of the sunset, the food was good and the entertainment was fantastic; there was a girl singing and a guy playing a cello - they were awesome.
February 2019 - The complex is pretty and only 3 minutes walk to the sea front and 10 minutes walk to the harbour. The furniture on the balcony is of a very good quality and the indoor seating very comfortable. Car not necessary as bus service excellent. The wifi in the apartment is very good so no problem running your business whilst on a 3 month stay also good for streaming music and films etc. It's very safe and feels secure with a safe in the apartment. The postcode couldn't be better with 4 and 5 star hotels very close by. Colin who works for the Cyprus Lettings Group is brilliant, replying to emails within minutes and rectifying any small needs we had, wish we had a manager like him in U.K.

October 2018 - We had another lovely week in this apartment - it was spacious with really good facilities. The balcony is so big and it's lovely to have sunloungers and patio furniture to use. Brilliant Television facilities. We will definitely come back again. The photographs were accurate the location so convenient. Secret Garden and Deck Bar are a must. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The booking process was extremely efficient.
September 2018 - We stayed in this apartment as a couple for a month and found it very good with a quality bed, comfortable sofa and excellent TV. The kitchen appliances are good. There were plenty of towels and bed linen, The balcony is lovely, and got the sun untill about 15.00 hours. It is well furnished. We had a couple of niggles but these were sorted out by Cyprus Lettings and the Property Manager both provided a quick, professional and friendly service. We have stayed at Limnaria Gardens for several years, and love its convenient location and attractive pool area. Our favourite restaurants are Suite 48 for a morning coffee, Laona (in the old Town) for a real Cypriot lunch and The Atrion for an Evening meal and nightcap! and of course Viva Cyprus for good value and good atmosphere. The Thai Baan Kitchen opposite Papantoniou was super Thai food but go for the food not the ambience!
August 2018 - We have just spent 2 weeks at Limnaria Gardens. This is my 2nd visit but my 1st in this apartment. The apartment was excellent and fully equipped.
August 2018 - Great location and in a great block on the complex. The apartment is as described and shown and is well laid out with lovely furniture. Excellent WiFi and entertainment system. Splendid balcony. Air conditioning was fantastic. It’s a great area with some superb restaurants - Les Amis, 7 St Georges, the Koh-I-Noor to name but a few.
May 2018 - Airy and well appointed property. Spacious balcony in shade from 14:00 onwards (in May). Complex pleasant and clean. Large communal swimming pool. Good service from property manager. Ample on-site parking. Recommend booking extra day if evening / night return flight.
March 2018 - Great apartment for family with teenagers or even two couples because of useful two bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Big balcony with a lot of morning sun.
February 2018 - This was our first visit to Cyprus and we were so pleased with our choice of accommodation. The apartment was just as we expected and spotless. Limnaria Gardens is a lovely development and it is just a short and pleasurable walk into town either via the promenade by the sea or the back road. We were there in February so cosying up for the night in front of the UK TV and having internet access that never failed was a real bonus. Saying that the weather was fabulous, we did have a thunderstorm but it was spectacular!
October 2017 - Lovely apartment exactly as the description. Information and instructions were perfect. We had a lovely week - excellent location close to all amenities. I would definitely recommend this property. The Secret Garden was lovely and spent a lot of time taking in the view at the Deck Bar near the Alexandra Hotel.
August 2017 - This was our first holiday at Limnaria Gardens and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was perfect, the balcony was massive and had full sun until mid-afternoon. The pool area was so clean and perfect for all ages and each apartment has it's own sun loungers so you're guaranteed to get one. The complex is so close to the harbour area that we did not need to use the car we hired, it's about a 10 minute walk if it even is that. We were so impressed, we've booked up for next year.
