MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Six people.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, two ceiling fans, lounge seating for four, dining table and six chairs.

Terrace - Large pool-facing, furnished with a table and four chairs, four sunloungers and has direct access to the pool. This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy alfresco dining.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine (sachets not provided).

Bedroom 1 - First floor, air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - First floor, air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes. There is a double sofabed in the living room that sleeps 2 and linen can be provided on request.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC. There is a WC on the ground floor.

Complex - Consisting of 55 units with a large swimming pool. The complex is only 300m from the seafront with the beach and main bar and restaurant area all less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Limnaria Villas is next door to Limnaria Gardens and is a separate complex.
