MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.

Bathrooms - Two separate walk-in shower rooms, under-floor heating for winter, heated towel rail, and constant hot water from solar panels.

Additional Features - Washing machine, iron and ironing board.The bedrooms, kitchen and living room have dimmable spotlights.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has 4 private sunloungers.

July 2023 - A very nice homely apartment as shown in the photographs. Only had contact with the Property Manager once regarding the location of the sun beds and got a quick, correct response. I would definitely recommend it. The waterpark was great for us adults and the kids. All the restaurants were good but the stand-out ones were Koutoupou and Muse in the old town, The Lodge and its rooftop bar, Antasia beach club and Alea down by the harbour/seafront. Booking was a smooth process and very good responses to queries we had while on our stay.

May 2018 - Renovated apartment with very good equipment and cosy atmosphere. Perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday. Pool sunbeds are perfect and the pool location is also very nice. The apartment is located in the second floor and has a nice view and there was always a fresh breeze of wind. The property is close to restaurants and the public beach in Paphos.
