MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment also offer occupancy for a maximum of 2 guests on a 1-bedroom basis for reduced rates between October & April.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, dining table and four chairs.

Balcony - Large pool facing, south-facing part-covered balcony that attracts maximum sunshine. The balcony is furnished with table and six chairs.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, hob, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Additional Features - Free WiFi, safe, iron and ironing board, four private sunloungers that can be used on the terrace or around the pool.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award winning resort and is without doubt one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

November 2022 - The photos and listing for this property were accurate. Lovely view of the complex pools and gardens. Excellent response and service from the Property Managers. They are the best. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives for sure. Walking the seafront, Gustosos for the best mousakka and portion sizes and Pambis restaurant has the best chips in Cyprus. Excellent website and booking process which we’ve used the past four visits.

September 2022 - A great 2 weeks at this apartment - absolutely as described on the website. We particularly enjoyed the sun on the lovely large balcony - totally recommend to anyone. Sky Sports and Movies also an added bonus. We loved the Atrion and Les Amis restaurants both within 5 minutes walk
June 2022 - We had a great stay in the apartment and really enjoyed the complex. Lovely well equipped holiday let and I would highly recommend.
November 2019 - Superb apartment with huge balcony on a fabulous complex. A few small issue were addressed and resolved by the Property Manager efficiently. Lots of good bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a particularly good meal at the Gourmet Taverna restaurant. It is a good website where dates, location etc could be selected to narrow down available properties. Easy to book and additional info and services also offered, eg. option to book taxi and helpful phone numbers.
September 2019 - Fantastic apartment amidst lovely well-kept grounds and very clean pool and in an excellent location. Toilet broke but was fixed rapidly. English TV an added bonus and Wi-Fi excellent too. Overall, a great stay in a fantastic apartment complex and I would recommend to everyone! PS. Try Phivos restaurant - great food at a very, very reasonable cost.

April 2019 - We had a fantastic week at the apartment; the apartment was spotless and the balcony was a great place to relax with a morning cuppa and look at the beautiful view. The weather was sunny but a bit chilly on occasions.

October 2018 - Thank you so much for a wonderful apartment. It was beautifully presented, well appointed and with a large south-facing balcony. It is the third time we have stayed at Limnaria Gardens, and this apartment was the best so far. We would recommend to anyone. The location is perfect with our favourite restaurant, Michael's just a few minutes walk, and Paphos harbour 10 minutes away.
