Description
MINIMUM CHARGE 6 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.Occupancy - Four people. For an additional child, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four, dining table and four chairs.
Balcony - Fantastic views of the sea, table and four chairs.
Kitchen - Fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, grill, hob and kettle.
Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, twin beds.
Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, double.
Bathroom 1 - Walk-in shower and WC.
Bathroom 2 - Walk-in shower and WC.
Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.
Complex - Consists of 100 units and has a large swimming pool with poolside toilets and showers, surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The nearest beach is 300m from the property and the bars and restaurants 5 minutes' walk. The property is 550m from the coast and there is a regular bus service to Coral Bay beach. The harbour is 30 minutes walk. There is a Lidl supermarket within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
TV System - A great selection of TV channels available.
Additional Features - Safe, iron and ironing board.
Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

July 2023 - All good, we recommend. Location perfect. Everything you need. We'll be back.June 2023 - A Nice and spacious apartment with comfortable beds, a big balcony and a sea view. The location is perfect, there is a supermarket 2 minutes away on foot and a sandy beach 5 minutes on foot. We could find anything that we needed in the apartment - kitchenware, beach towels, sun umbrella, toys for the kids, table games etc.
May 2023 - The apartment is very nice and clean, all clearly described (instructions explaining every aspect of the apartment). In the apartment we can find everything you need during your stay, there are games and toys for children's beaches, and even extra light bulbs for lamps. The apartment is located in a quiet area and from the terrace we have a view of the sea. The complex has a 1m - 2.3m pool and a paddling pool for children about 40cm - when we were in mid-May, a lifeguard was on duty. Right next to the complex is LIDL, a bus stop (bus to the harbour 7 minutes). Right next door we have a very nice sandy beach, and a few restaurants
March 2023 - Super apartment located, under the nose shop, plaza, lots of places to walk and explore. Very good communication with the owner. The apartment is big and clean. We recommend and if we can come back, we will definitely choose this place again!
January 2023 - We liked the accomodation very much. It was clean, everything we needed was provided. Beautiful view from the balcony. Proper communication and help of the Property Manager. Recommend!

August 2021 - A well-presented apartment in a good location with a decent pool and near a sandy clean beach. Lots of good restaurants within a short taxi ride.
