MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Four people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Living Area - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for five, dining seating for six.

Terrace - Large private pool-facing terrace that is south-west facing. Furnished with a coffee table, 2-seater settee and two chairs and six private sunloungers. Part of the terrace is covered. There is a table, four chairs and a large umbrella.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 - Double, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, ensuite full bathroom. Patio doors lead onto the terrace.

Bedroom 2 - Twin, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes. Patio doors lead onto the terrace.

Bathroom 1 - Shower over bath and WC. Upgraded in 2023.

Bathroom 2 - Walk-in shower and WC. Upgraded in 2023.

Additional Features - Safe, alarm system, iron and ironing board. In 2023 the apartment was fitted with new AC units that provide cooling and heating.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Linen - Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 150m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

September 2023 - Having previously stayed at Limnaria Villas a couple of times this was the first time we had stayed at Limnaria Gardens over the road. We were very impressed with the apartment, especially the terrace area where we preferred to sit rather than round the pool. The pools were accessed via a little path from the terrace and were nice pools, one having a jacuzzi section. The apartment had air conditioning and ceiling fans which were welcome. Both the ensuite and main bathrooms had obviously recently been refurbished with new showers and basins, the main bathroom having a wet-room style shower. We only had to contact the Property Manager once and she replied to our message promptly. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked again for next year! Restaurants we always visit are Billy's (just round the corner from the apartment), Tea for Two, TJ's fish and chip shop and Karlina's. We have used Cyprus Lettings Group four times now (including for next year) and have always found the whole booking process very easy.
September 2023 - We stayed in this lovely spacious apartment which has all the home comforts and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. We made breakfast and lunch and ate dinner out at various restaurants all within a short walk. Massive patio with loungers and seating and only a few steps into the very warm pool with jacuzzi. The apartment had air conditioning throughout which worked really well on timers. Both bathrooms have been refurbished and the whole apartment was fresh and clean. Would highly recommend it.
June 2023 - We have rented this apartment for a number of years and I believe that the current owners are the 3rd owners. Up until now, all the other owners have done nothing to improve the apartment. The current owners have made many improvements which really were needed. The bathroom is now a wet room with new showers and a modern basin. The en-suite again has a new shower, new modern tiles and a new basin and cabinet. Both look amazing. They have done so much to the property it is really lovely. I don’t think the current photos of both bathrooms do it justice but it is difficult to get the full picture of these rooms. Previously I have always had to clean the apartment as soon as we got there. No need for that now the current cleaners do a brilliant job. Have booked another 3 weeks next year and can’t wait to come back
October 2022 - The apartment is situated for easy airport access (if fact we got a bus). Furnished to be a real home-from-home with easy access to all facilities. Our favourite part was the leisurely stroll to the harbour to get a drink or coffee watch the sun go down & grab a takeaway if we didn't want the full dining multiple options.
September 2022 - We visited in September which was a great time weather-wise. The apartment is set in a friendly complex where you feel totally safe. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, it’s perfect for a couple to stay, family or friends as everyone has their personal space. There is a private patio area leading to a choice of pools and your sunbeds are unique to the apartment so you don’t have to worry about getting up early to reserve one! The apartment is also well situated with a choice of restaurants close by and a couple of mini-supermarkets and it’s also a short walk to one of the communal beaches or into Paphos.
