MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Six people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment also offers occupancy for a maximum of 4 guests on a 2-bedroom basis for reduced rates.

Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for six, dining table seats six people.

Terrace - Fantastic sun-facing terrace is part- and has great views of the main pool, table and six chairs, BBQ, and four private sunloungers.

Kitchen - Oven, grill, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

Bedroom 1 - Air-conditioned, double, ensuite with shower and WC, fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioned, twin, fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom - Main bathroom has a bath with shower and WC.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present.

October 2023 - We had a good stay. The location and size of the apartment are great. Communication is very good. We also appreciate the helpfulness of local property management to allow a late check-out.
July 2023 - We have used this property for years over the whole summer and also are booked for next year. The property manager was brilliant and helped us whenever we needed it as always. No request was too much for him. We love this complex and my children feel like it’s a second home for them! Great location and lovely restaurants close by what more could you need? Can’t wait for next year!
June 2023 - Great complex close to the beach, harbour, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was furnished to a fairly basic level but was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay in it again. I particularly liked the pools as they were easily accessible, perfect for anyone with mobility issues. The Property Manager, provided a very quick response to the couple of queries we had and they were easily rectified.
July 2022 - As usual had a fantastic stay. We have been staying at this property for years now for a long term period during the summer. On the whole we love this place and can’t wait to return. Property management worked really had to help with any problems and was very quick and efficient to reply to messages and fix issues. Would always recommend this property to friends and family.
April 2022 - The location was fantastic and the property & facilities were, for the most part, as described & shown in the photographs. There was limited contact with the property manager, but he was pleasant when we contacted him. We would recommend the property - more so the complex. There were lots of good local restaurants and many more in the harbour area which was only a 12-15 minute walk.
April 2022 - We had a fantastic week in paphos at this wonderful complex. It was clean, tidy, quiet and wonderfully situated. I went with my parents & my 2 children ages 13 and 16 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pool was clean and well maintained, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, cocktail bars and beach. Can not recommend this place enough. We will definitely be returning. Very easy and swift to book and pay for on the website. Communication is fantastic too.
April 2022 - We had a fab break away to this apartment , everything we needed was there, no complaints , loved the fact we were ground floor right next to the pools , all amenities were in walking distance except the water park, but it was only 15 mins away in taxi or local bus , definitely book here again Thank you Cyprus Lettings Group. Website was great easy to use, and booking process was easy to get through, great reply time from them if any emails were sent

August 2021 - Limnaria Gardens is very, very nice, the apartment was also nice. It had most things you could need for a week and on the whole was acceptable.
October 2019 - The apartment was spacious, well furnished and clean. Great location, thanks to the apartment being in ground floor one it has a nice patio and easy access to the pool. Listing description was accurate and photos as well. Getting and returning the key was easy. We would definitely recommend the place and would also come back there in case we return to Paphos.
April 2018 - Very spacious apartment and ideal position to the pool. The internet and TV were excellent connection and I would recommend this apartment . No need for a car as the beach road is just a short walk away where you will find a large selection of restaurants and coffee bars etc. Will be returning later this year for another excellent holiday.
August 2017 - Stayed here for 8 nights couldn't have wished for a better location the apartment was fantastic very clean and ample room and space for a family of four adults 2 children. Swimming pools always very clean. I have no negative comments about this apartment at all, being ground floor and right opposite the walk in pool you could see the children at all times, would definitely use this apartment again. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We had a small problem with air con in one bedroom but was fixed within the hour and property manager on hand at all times. There are lots of attractions and you can get a taxi which is very cheap. Cyprus Lettings was very good at replying and keeping us informed of our booking. Fantastic all round. The WiFi worked great and the TV had kids channels.
May 2017 - Stayed at this property. It was amazing. The description and photos were accurate. The location was near all,the local restaurants and pubs The harbour just a 10 minute walk I would definitely recommend this property to friend or relatives
