Who are Cyprus Lettings?
Cyprus Lettings were established in 2004 and are one of the market leaders specialising in apartment and villa holiday rentals across the Paphos Region.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday but it is best to email us as we will reply seven days a week.
How do guests book?
They select a property from our website and complete the online booking form. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental rate is then taken to secure the booking. You receive a copy of the booking form and deposit payment by email. This is also sent to your cleaner, property manager and any other contacts you give us.
How is the rental rate calculated?
Our system automatically calculates the rental rate after any available discounts.
What commission do you charge?
Our commission percentage is stated in your acceptance email and is charged on the total rental for each booking made by Cyprus Lettings. We do not charge commission for private bookings only those made by Cyprus Lettings.
What happens to the guests' deposit?
This is held by us in our Barclays bank client account until the remaining balance is paid.
When do I receive payment for the booking?
The full holiday rental charge less our commission will be paid to you on the 28th of the month before the month of the booking start date by bank transfer. If this date has passed, payment will be made on the 28th of the following month. We pay funds in GB£ to any UK bank or to any international bank in any currency using Western Union. Please note that the date of transfer is when the funds leave our bank account and it may be up to Five working days before these funds clear in your account. It is your responsibility to check that funds have been received on time and to notify Cyprus Lettings if this is not the case so that this can be corrected with minimum delay. Cyprus Lettings will not be liable to for bank charges in relation to late payment.
How do I update you on any private bookings?
By email as soon as dates are confirmed. Our system will only work if your availability chart on our website is 100% up to date as we offer online booking.
What happens if guests damage my property?
The guests are charged for any damage. We cover the cost of this immediately and then recover it from the guests.
What happens if guests cancel?
They do not receive a refund. Their payment is either forfeited or converted into a credit note to be used to book your property for a future date.
