How to Book Your Holiday Property

Booking your holiday accommodation with the Cyprus Lettings Group is simple, secure, and hassle-free. Just follow the steps below:

1. Browse and Choose Your Property

Enter your dates of travel and number of people and/or number of bedrooms and click on the Search button, and a list of all the available properties will be returned with the rental rates shown

2. Check the Property Description and Photos

Each property page includes a detailed description and photos for that specific property, plus a few general photos if the property is on a complex.

3. Make a Reservation

Once you have chosen your property:

  • Click the "Book this Property" button

  • Complete the simple booking form with your details

  • Pay securely online by debit or credit card in GB£. If your booking start date is within the next 13 weeks, full payment is required. For bookings starting more than 13 weeks in advance, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable later.

4. Booking Confirmation

Once you have paid in full, we’ll send detailed check-in instructions by email that will include local directions, and helpful tips for your stay.

5. Paying the Balance

The remaining balance is due 13 weeks before your arrival. We’ll send you a reminder, and payment instructions are in the booking confirmation email. A booking administration fee of 2.9% of the total rental is added for all first-time bookings through our website. If you have booked with the Cyprus Lettings Group on at least one other occasion, you can request a Loyalty Code
