How to Book Your Holiday Property

Booking your holiday accommodation with the Cyprus Lettings Group is simple, secure, and hassle-free. Just follow the steps below:

1. Browse and Choose Your Property

Enter your dates of travel and number of people and/or number of bedrooms and click on the Search button, and a list of all the available properties will be returned with the rental rates shown

2. Check the Property Description and Photos

Each property page includes a detailed description and photos for that specific property, plus a few general photos if the property is on a complex.

3. Make a Reservation

Once you have chosen your property:

• Click the "Book this Property" button

• Complete the simple booking form with your details

• Pay securely online by debit or credit card in GB£. If your booking start date is within the next 13 weeks, full payment is required. For bookings starting more than 13 weeks in advance, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable later.

• If you have booked with the Cyprus Lettings Group on at least one other occasion, your email address will be recognised, and the following loyalty benefits will automatically be applied:

  • Waive the booking administration fee.

  • Provide free accidental damage waiver coverage for all guests.

  • Allow date changes (subject to conditions) without administration charges.

4. Booking Confirmation

Once you have paid in full, we’ll send detailed check-in instructions by email that will include local directions, and helpful tips for your stay.

5. Paying the Balance

Your remaining balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
We’ll send a reminder, and you’ll find payment instructions in your "Booking & Payment Summary" email that is sent shortly after booking.
