November 2025 - Everything was as described. Looked clean. Very good customer service by the manager. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and family.September 2025 - The description and facilities at the property were accurate. We had a minor issue that the property manager sorted very quickly. I would recommend this property and book it again myself.
October 2024 - The apartment and furnishings corresponded to the descriptions. A beautiful, well-maintained apartment that can be recommended at any time. The Property Manager did a very good job. We had a small problem with the hot water that was resolved immediately. My wife and I will definitely come back next year but would rather book a villa next time -Limnarias Villas. I personally have known Cyprus since 1984 (lived in Cyprus for 6 months) but Limnaria Gardens is certainly one of the best I got to know. The booking process was very simple and intuitive
July 2022 - Nice property, the apartment was lovely has everything you need to make it home from home. Fantastic location situated on a lovely complex. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend. It was easy to book, very professional
November 2021 - Very clean and tidy on arrival, compact and well equipped apartment with everything supplied for a short or long stay, we would use this apartment again

November 2019 - Good location, near restaurants and the sea. Pictures of the property were accurate and the property was clean and comfortable. Good to have TV package and easy to view. We had a few problems and the Property Manager came out to sort them out. One was easily fixed and the other was more difficult so we agreed it would be fixed after we left.
September 2019 - Once again we have had a great time at this property. We have stayed here many times and it meets our requirements exactly. On this occasion we had some trouble with a faulty fridge/freezer and the Property Manager sorted out a replacement very quickly. We have been staying at Limnaria Gardens every year since they opened in 2007 and highly recommend the properties and the Cyprus Lettings Group.
