Description

MINIMUM CHARGE 5 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Occupancy - Two people. For an additional person, a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.

Terrace - Large south-facing, pool-facing, table and four chairs, two sunloungers and has a private exit from the patio directly to the fabulous pool area.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 55 units with a large swimming pool. The complex is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, main bars, and restaurant area less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Limnaria Villas is next door to Limnaria Gardens and is a separate complex.

Reviews

The property is well situated with a private southeast-facing patio. The harbour and Kings shopping mall are both a pleasant 20-minute walk away. The Alexander the Great Hotel is about a 7-minute walk, where there is a fantastic indoor spa pool, ideal for December. The listing description and photographs were accurate and the Property Manager provided an excellent response in resolving any queries/issues we had. We would highly recommend the property to friends or relatives based on its location and the level of customer service provided.
September 2023 - Stayed for 1 week at end of September. Excellent spacious apartment, with a private large garden/terrace leading to a lovely quiet pool area. Own sunloungers and outdoor furniture. Comfy bed, air-conditioning, always hot water available. Nice quiet location but close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and the harbour. Supermarket nearby to get essentials. Favourite restaurants Chloes and Alkion. Would recommend this apartment and we will be returning to Paphos and booking here. Have booked before with Cyprus Lettings and received excellent service. Kept updated, great communication. Looking forward to our next visit.
July 2023 - Clean and tidy Ground floor alarmed apartment with a nice patio situated a dozen yards from the pool. Well-kept gardens and surrounding area. Not far from amenities, restaurants and bars and a ten-minute walk to the sandy Sodap municipal beach (where you can hire sun beds and parasols for €2.50 for each item). The main harbour area is about 20 minutes walk and there are lots of shops bars and restaurants there as well as the Papantoniou supermarket and a fair amount of vehicle hire places. The booking and communication have been exemplary.
February 2023 - Everything was as described. A lovely apartment with good facilities. The Property Manager was very prompt in fixing an internet problem which we reported to them. We mostly used the Porto Bello restaurant and the Cafe Nest to eat. The buses were very good which we used to see the attractions. The booking process was excellent. It made it so easy for us with emails from Cyprus Lettings notifying us of local taxis, car hire, airport pick ups (the taxi service was excellent) telephone numbers for emergencies etc. Cant fault the service at all.
December 2022 - Had a great holiday in Paphos staying at Limnaria villas Block B the apartment was spacious and clean with good outside garden leading to the pool.
October 2022 - Property as described, the Property Manager was prompt in dealing with a faulty light bulb. I would recommend it. Our nearest favourite restaurant was Michaels,other good ones were the Windmill and Agapinor. Slightly further away on the Tomb of the Kings Road was Dias Zeus.
November 2021 - Overall we had no issues with the apartment on the contrary we enjoyed the fact it had a private garden and the bed was very comfortable. The internet for the TV was slow at times but for other devices was more than adequate Customer Service was excellent as we had a water issue that was sorted with the hour. Happy to recommend Limnaria Gardens and Villas to friends
October 2021 - The apartment was as described with plenty of pots pans etc. The bed was comfortable and te pool easy to access with the area well maintained The property manager was prompt in dealing with a couple of queries.
September 2019 - Everything we hoped for. We wanted to book this apartment for next year at same time but left it too late so had to book another but would definitely go back

September 2018 - Lovely well equipped apartment which was ideally situated to all the amenities of Paphos. The pool was fantastic and having the UK TV and hundreds of films to choose from was great. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
May 2018 - Enjoyed our stay at this ground floor apartment in Limnaria Villas. Apartment was spacious and kitchen was well equipped although we always ate out. The patio area is a sun trap! Would recommend the Atrion restaurant close by and for any Indian food lovers the Maharanja which is just around the corner.
August 2017 - Had a wonderful time large patio even though it was only 1 bedroom. The apartment was as described and only a short walk to all amenities. I would recommend this property to any of my family and friends. A restaurant nearby to recommend is the Atrion Secret Garden that do superb meals and snacks at reasonable prices. There are 3 local supermarkets within easy walking sells most of your daily needs.
July 2017 - The listing was as explained and photos were accurate. The property had everything needed and a well equipped kitchen area. I only needed to contact the property manager on one occasion and he was very polite and friendly. The patio area was very pleasant and we were able to lay in sun until 5 pm when the sun went behind the villa. The area is very private and was quiet at out time of visiting. It is in perfect location for local beach, bars and restaurants. Our favourites being Penguinos, Chloe's, Jayinda and Fat Mamas. Beach in easy walking distance with good choice of sun loungers and activities. Would highly recommend this complex to friends and return myself.
