• Changeover day is flexible but please note that a booking may not be accepted if it results in a potentially unrentable period of 4 to 6 nights immediately before or after your booking dates. If this is the case please email us to confirm your dates before booking. Please note that you will have access to the property after 2pm on the first day of the booking so if you are arriving on a night flight in the early hours you will need to book the property for the day before
• The rental rate for your booking is automatically calculated. Where dates of travel may attract two discounts only the highest discount is deducted from the normal rental rate. No discounts apply if the property has been rented on an under occupancy basis
